Find your files

After payment, check the email address you used at checkout for your download link. If you cannot find it, check your spam or promotions folder.

The Mother First Bundle includes six separate PDFs in one ZIP download: five guides and the Planner. Each guide is also available separately, except the Planner, which is included in the bundle. The Newborn Decoder and The Baby-Weight Blueprint are separate PDFs when purchased.

Open and use the guides

Download the ZIP and open it to extract your six PDFs. Save the PDFs you want to use. Read the guides on your phone, tablet or computer, or print the pages you need.

For fillable worksheets, open the saved PDF in a PDF reader that supports forms, such as Adobe Acrobat Reader. Save a copy after entering your answers. You can also print and write by hand.
