These terms apply to purchases and use of the Mother First store and its digital guides.

Your purchase

Our products are downloadable PDFs, with the Mother First Bundle supplied as six individual PDFs. No physical item is shipped. Each purchase is a one-time payment, not a subscription.

Optional guides are separate purchases. Review your selected products and the total shown before authorizing payment. Please provide an accurate email address so we can send your order and download information.

Downloads and use

Download access is provided after successful payment. See our Downloads page for help downloading and reading PDFs and completing fillable worksheets. If your link is missing or a file will not open, email support@motherfirst.org with your order number or checkout email.

You may save and print the guides for personal household use and share them with the partner, relatives or helpers supporting that household. Keep your download links private. The guides may not be resold, posted publicly or distributed to other households.

What the guides provide

The guides provide education and practical planning, not individual medical care. Use your clinician’s advice for decisions about recovery, feeding, weight loss and exercise. No particular recovery, sleep or weight-loss result is promised.

Refunds

We offer a 30-day satisfaction refund. Email support@motherfirst.org within 30 days of purchase with your order number or checkout email. Read the refund policy for details.
